Customers, locals and guests want to experience flair, culture, excitement and attraction when shopping and strolling in their free time.
In order to make our pedestrian zone more attractive, we have decorated our shop windows. This project was not simply about decoration, but also needed to identify with the town itself. With this in mind, a competition was set up at the Simmern sixth-form schools under the title "Schinderhannes the outlaw", which has both a local identity and a connection to the Schinderhannes Festival. Artwork from students at the Herzog-Johann-Gymnasium now adorns the empty spaces.
