Service quality is something made for people, by people. The key to good service quality is motivated and enthusiastic employees. Quality and quality control are already an integral part of organising business processes in industry.
The German service quality management scheme is currently supported by fourteen federal states. These have all agreed on a joint goal – to safeguard and expand the service quality across Germany as a holiday destination.
With over 9,500 trained quality coaches and approximately 1,400 certified companies, the "Q" is the most important quality symbol for tourist services.

June 14th 2005!
