The industrial park of Simmern has a net surface area of approx. 23 ha in the initial construction stage.

The location and size of the properties can be variably divided into 2,000 m² to approx. 50,000 m² connected plots depending on the requirements of the purchaser. Since the cul-de-sacs established on the building plan are partly only built according to requirements, larger connected plots are also available.

The property price is 27.00 €/m² inc. survey and development.

The Simmern industrial park is part of the federal support programme "EU Ziel-2-Übergangsgebiet" (2000 - 2005), which means investments can be supported by up to 15 %.

By providing the industrial park, the regional town of Simmern does justice to its name as a central site for the economy with good prospects for the Rhine-Hunsrück region. This is also reflected in the fact that in 2004 the most up-to-date, large-scale launderette in Germany was the first company to move to the industrial park.


Accessibility
The industrial park lies directly on the 4-lane motorway B 50. To the east, a non-intersecting connection for the industrial park to the B50 is ensured, while to the west there is a connection to the existing industrial and commercial estate "Bürgerstück" and the town of Simmern.

The centre of Simmern can be reached in 3 minutes by car. You only need approx. 8 minutes to reach the major road BAB A61.
Frankfurt-Hahn airport can be reached easily in 12 minutes.

The main developed road running parallel to the B 50 in the industrial park was designed to be 14 metres wide so that if necessary the corresponding turn-offs to property access roads could be arranged.


Determined usages
The building plan for the Simmern industrial park enables different uses for commerce and industry.
Multi-shift work is also possible here without any problem.
